We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their prices accurately. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, before the order is dispatched.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or equivalent means. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where a product is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or a pricing error has occurred.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes indicated on the Website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Flügn B.V. and is protected under Dutch, European Union, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit harmful code, or to scrape or extract data from the Website without our consent.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Dutch or EU law. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, save that if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country.
